Every so often, a new super product sweeps the wellness world. Sometimes for the greater good, but not always. Lucky for us, CBD seems to be the real deal, but there are some things you need to know. Here’s the good, the bad, and the useless when it comes to adding CBD to your massage.
CBD works, plain and simple. It skips the mental side effects typically found with THC products, and goes straight into the body. Many people find it incredibly useful for chronic stress and pain. You might use it in a bath, mixed in with your morning coffee, but there’s nothing quite like using it in your massage, supercharging the healing process.
CBD can be found in nearly everything, including gummies loaded with sugar, and companies generally underdosing you because they don’t think you’ll know the difference. Word to the wise, you can’t buy CBD products on Amazon. They’re just hemp oil, which isn’t doing a darn thing for your tired neck. There’s a million and one companies out there trying to capitalize on the moment. Trust us, you get what you pay for.
We use all organic & non-GMO LEEF ORGANICS at Meta Bodywork. Have you tried using CBD to alleviate pain or stress? Add it to your next massage, and see for yourself the relief it can bring (when done right, of course!)
