META POLICIES/FAQ

It’s nothing personal, it’s just business. We have policies in place to protect our team and our clients

CANCELLATION POLICY :  Meta has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please do so using our online booking system at least 24 hours in advance. No shows/late cancels are responsible to pay in full for services booked. Please don’t make us. We cannot refund last-minute cancellations, nor can we convert them into a future use credit.

LATE POLICY :  When you book with Meta Bodywork, you reserve a time booked specifically for you. Because we honor your time, your session will begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will receive the remaining available appointment time and will be charged in full. If you are over 20 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.

WHY DO YOU KEEP A CREDIT CARD ON FILE?

A credit card is required to book all appointments and to ensure our 24 hour cancellation policy. Meta Bodywork does not charge you at the time of booking. After your service is complete, you are welcome to pay using a credit card, HSA/FSA card, cash, or gift card. We will charge the card on file in full for services booked if you ghost your scheduled appointment. Again, please don’t make us.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

We are open by appointment only. Please arrive no earlier than five minutes ahead of your appointment start time.

DO YOUR LMTS ACCEPT GRATUITIES?

Gratuities are greatly appreciated by our LMTs and are accepted in Cash Monies or Venmo only.

We are located inside the Barrow Mansion at 83 Wayne Street between Jersey Avenue & Barrow Street on the 3rd floor. There is a call-box outside the building, please dial for META BODYWORK, and take the elevator on your right to the third floor.

WHERE CAN I PARK?

We only have street parking available. There are paid parking lots close to the studio listed below. Meta Bodywork is not affiliated with these lots and does not reimburse for parking.
