At Meta Bodywork, we start with this fundamental truth: how our body feels dictates our entire life. And that truth guides the precision of our bodywork. In that spirit, our experienced massage therapists offer a custom-tailored service, including an in-depth consultation before your session as well as post session care. We are an unhurried atmosphere with a tribe of rad massage therapists.

MEGHAN KENNY
Meghan got involved in the wellness industry in college + immediately knew it was where she belonged. After honing in on her craft for nearly 10 years and being trained in: yoga + pilates for spinal health and multiple modalities of clinical massage for pain, athletes and injuries - Meta Bodywork got its start in 2017 in Jersey City by word of mouth + hourly studio rentals. Soon, it was time for a brick + mortar. She embarked on this journey in January 2020, a mere two months before the pandemic hit. After some twists + turns (and a few different locations) she landed unharmed, and with a team of kick-ass massage therapists, in the Van Vorst Park neighborhood of Jersey City in March 2021.
We are a practitioner-owned company that is committed to treating our staff members fairly. When you book with us, you are choosing a fully licensed professional that receives a large percentage commission of services, is valued for their individual technique, creates their own schedule, and makes continuing education a part of their life.
